Felderman Design-Build is pleased to announce they have been awarded the Design-Build contract to design and construct a new 3,800 SF single tenant bank building, owned by Steininger Development, for First Federal Savings Bank, located at the corner of West Jefferson and South Bend drive, in Fort Wayne IN.
Construction has already commenced and is scheduled to be complete by August 2009.
