Felderman Design-Build is pleased to announce they have been awarded the Design-Build contract for the complete fire restoration and remodel of DeBrand Fine Chocolates retail building on Coldwater Road, Fort Wayne, IN.
Construction has already commenced and is scheduled to be complete early fall 2009.
