In 1975 Russ founded Felderman Construction and began operating as one of the only Design-Build General Contractors in the Northeastern Indiana region. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tri-State University and has been involved in the construction market for over 40 years. During that time, Russ has been recognized through numerous awards by various organizations.
Ryan joined Felderman Design-Build in 2001, bringing a degree from the University of New Hampshire. Ryan's primary responsibility with Felderman is building new business relationships and maintaining current ones. Along with his Business Development responsibilities, Ryan is also the company's safety director.
Dan joined Felderman Design-Build in 2000. Prior to joining our team, he spent 14 years in the construction industry, primarily in a project management and sales capacity. Since his employment began with Felderman, Dan has increased our presence in more of the surrounding communities of Fort Wayne. At the same time, he has been involved in many of our key endeavors within the city.
Jeff joined Felderman Design-Build in 1994. In addition to his current position as Project Manager, he is the resident MIS Manager and Graphic Designer for Felderman Design-Build. Prior to his current role, Jeff served the team in both architectural design and estimating capacities.
Mike joined Felderman Design-Build in 2006 and is a 2005 graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Technology and an Associates degree in Architectural Engineering Technology. Prior to Felderman Design-Build, Mike worked as a Field Engineer, Fire Protection Sales Assistant.

Ben joined Felderman Design-Build in the fall of 2011 and graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction Management in December 2008. Upon graduation Ben joined a large Healthcare General Contractor (Kitchell Contractors Inc.) in Mesa, AZ. He worked as a Project Engineer on the Cardon Children's Medical Center project at the Banner Desert campus until he moved back to Fort Wayne to join Felderman Design-Build. His current responsibilities with Felderman Design-Build include assisting in the bid process and estimating.
Greg joined Felderman Design-Build in 1985 and is a 1981 graduate of Saint Francis College with an Associates Degree in Commercial Art. Greg has 7 years of prior experience in Architectural Drafting and Engineering. His primary duties include conceptual design and permitting, and he has been instrumental in establishing and maintaining the Felderman design standard throughout his career with our company.
Justin joined Felderman Design-Build in 2001 and is a 2000 graduate of IVY Tech College, who holds an Associates Degree in Construction Technology with an Architectural Specialty. Prior to being at Felderman Design-Build, he was employed by an engineering firm as a draftsperson. His primary function is to interpret conceptual designs and transform them into a full working set of construction documents.
Jill joined Felderman Design-Build in 2000 and is a 2000 graduate from International Business College, who holds an Associates Degree in Office Administration. Prior to her being with Felderman, she has 4 years of office experience. Her primary responsibilities include preparation of construction proposals and contracts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. In addition, she administrates project billings, subcontracts and change orders.
