In 1975 Russ founded Felderman Construction and began operating as one of the only Design-Build General Contractors in the Northeastern Indiana region. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tri-State University and has been involved in the construction market for over 40 years. During that time, Russ has been recognized through numerous awards by various organizations. The following list reflects just a few of his most noteworthy achievements:
Craig Mathison has been President of Felderman Design-Build since 2003. Prior to that, he served the company for two years as Chief Financial Officer. Craig is a CPA and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with majors in accounting and finance, investments and banking. His previous work history includes: Owner-President of C&M Business Services, Project Manager of SAP software implementations, and Division Controller of a local manufacturing company. During his time at Felderman Design-Build, Craig has been responsible for numerous Design-Build lease projects.
Ryan is a 1999 graduate of the University of New Hampshire. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, with a minor in Business Administration. Ryan has worked part-time for Felderman Design-Build for several years, and full time for the past 7 years. He brings to the team a background of recruiting and sales.
Dan has been with Felderman Design-Build for 9 years. Prior to joining our team, he spent 14 years in the construction industry, primarily in a project management and sales capacity. Since his employment began with Felderman, Dan has increased our presence in more of the surrounding communities of Fort Wayne. At the same time, he has been involved in many of our key endeavors within the city. The following list reflects a few of the projects that Dan has managed:
Jeff has been employed with Felderman Design-Build for 15 years. In addition to his current position as Project Manager, he is the resident MIS Manager and Graphic Designer for Felderman Design-Build. Prior to his current role, Jeff served the team in both architectural design and estimating capacities. Some of the projects he has been involved with include the following:
Mike has been with Felderman Design-Build for 3 years. Mike is a 2005 graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Technology and an Associates degree in Architectural Engineering Technology. Prior to Felderman Design-Build, Mike worked as a Field Engineer, Fire Protection Sales Assistant.
Greg is a 1981 graduate of Saint Francis College with an Associates Degree in Commercial Art. He has been employed with Felderman Design-Build for 24 years, with 7 years of prior experience in Architectural Drafting and Engineering. His primary duties include conceptual design and permitting, and he has been instrumental in establishing and maintaining the Felderman design standard throughout his career with our company. While Greg has been instrumental in virtually every project to some degree, the following list highlights a few of the more recent projects he has been involved in.
Justin is a 2000 graduate of IVY Tech College, who holds an Associates Degree in Construction Technology with an Architectural Specialty. Prior to his 8 years at Felderman Design-Build, he was employed by an engineering firm as a draftsperson. His primary function is to interpret conceptual designs and transform them into a full working set of construction documents. Justin has been involved in the following projects since his employment began with Felderman Design-Build:
Jill is a 2000 graduate from International Business College, who holds an Associates Degree in Office Administration. She has been a member of the Felderman team for 9 years, with 4 years of office experience prior to that. Her primary responsibilities include preparation of construction proposals and contracts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. In addition, she administrates project billings, subcontracts and change orders.
