Project Manager
As a Project Manager at Felderman Design Build, you will have daily interaction with customers and the FDB team. Teamwork is essential at FDB; every person plays a vital role in our success. Every project takes dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction and safety. Our Project Managers oversee all phases of the construction project, from fielding qualified leads to project closeout. The successful candidate will have experience with the design-build delivery method, cost estimating, vendor solicitation, procurement, scheduling, negotiating contracts, and maintaining timeline and budget.

As a strategic thinker, the Director of Project Management will be key member of our leadership team and responsible for managing the project management team; ensuring each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be well-versed in the design-build delivery method, estimating, contract negotiations, risk management, and process compliance.
